Italian-Greek-Spanish money laundering in Berlin

While the recession in the European union is still going on investors from Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal are looking for real estate in big German cities like Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin.
Rents and prices for real estate are rising rapidly and affordable apartments are difficult to find.

Tenants who are suddenly confronted with new owners from those countries should consider informing the local Tax-/Revenue Offices of those states since it might be that the new landlord from Italy or Greece does "forget" to declare their taken rents or even did some money laundering while investing money they hid from their national Revenue Service.

Tenants who suspect criminal origin of the invested money should inform the national authorities of their new landlords to be sure not to get involved in possible criminal activities of those people. This blog will try to held you by publishing addresses and contacts of the national Revenue Offices, perhaps even with example letters in the adequate languages. Volunteers for translation are very welcome.
